Course Requirements

What:
Classes include: CORE CLASSES REQUIRED FOR BOTH DEGREE’S

5. THE THEOLOGY OF SERVANT LEADERSHIP
6. LEADING GROUPS AND ORGANIZATIONS
7. EQUIPPING THE LAITY
8. CHRISTIAN FORMATION
9. PRE-MARRIAGE & MARTIAL COUNSELING
10. BIBLICAL & CRISIS COUNSELING
11. MINISTRY OF TEACHING
12. PASTORAL THEOLOGY

Additionally, a practicum of one semester is required for the 2 year study, and two semester practicum for the four year study. This assignment will be the responsibility of the ministry leader, and for the 3-4 year course study the work will be required in the area of concentration listed below.

Concentration will need to be declared for Bachelors discipline with a focus in the following- Church Administration, Leadership, Counseling, and Theology

When:

  • 1st Class will began 2nd Saturday of January & concludes the 4th Saturday of May
  • Registration will be the 2nd Saturday of December for 1st class, and at least 2 weeks before each following classes for on-line students.
  • Each class will be 2 hrs in length, and meet on the 2th & 4th Saturday of each month… A total of 10 weeks, so there will be 5 lectures on most courses- which would total 10 hrs. class lectures.
  • Other classes will not have the same extent of course lectures, but will have a combination of reading, writing, group, and individual course assignments these requirements will be loaded in the course syllabus section of the class icon on our web site as classes are pending. All the classes will be done through a combination of live streaming and/or DVD sessions.
  • Additional classes and course instructions will be uploaded and made available for Ministry Leaders on our web site.

How | Who

  • The minister leader will need to have a strong working relationship with their Pastor, or approved ministry leader… These individuals will serve as joint mentors in the teaching | learning process
  • This ministry training can be rigorous and demanding therefore consider it prayerfully before entering. Our course targets Ministry Leaders of the Laity- the materials are of seminary level and very comprehensive
  • The cost is affordable, and your investment will be well worth it.
  • A listing of books will be loaded on each course syllabus, and that cost will be the responsibility of the Ministry Leader.
