Cost & Needs

A.  We charge a registration fee of 73.00 per course; this allows us to cover the basic administration cost for that course alone…. This is a non-refundable fee, and is required on or before the registration date of the given course.

B.  Tuition is divided into 5ea payments each per class for a total of 165.00 per class. A payment schedule is included below. Note: Payment is required in full, before final test and grades are released. Course fees are subject to increase; however we will honor the fee at which you enrolled with.

Tuition is waved (free) for anyone who gets’ a total number of 3 or more to enroll for the course. Note: This waver is in place as long as the minimum number of 3 remains in the course. This is one reason we encourage leaders to attempt to get more than 3 students enrolled. Registration fee still applies

D.  All books are the responsibility of the individual ministry leader; we suggest you have books before start of the class. You may purchase second hand books on line to save expense. Additionally, it’s possible to share if you have a class mate willing to do so. We have chosen to make the book requirement the student’s responsibility to keep cost as low as possible.

E.  Additionally, you will need to have a computer that will allow you to send your assignments in Word form. Written assignment will be allowed, but counted down. If ministry leader utilizes hand written assignments, an additional fee will be charged of 50.00 will be required during registration.
