  1. Vision | Purpose
    \n<\/span><\/span><\/strong>The vision & purpose of <\/span><\/span>Beyond Walls Educational & Vocational Enrichment Program<\/i><\/span><\/span> is to enhance and enable holistically the learning challenges, and basic vocational skills of the under-severed community by:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
      \n
    1. Structuring, supporting & staffing an Early Childhood Development Learning Center that serves primarily the under-served and disenfranchised to ensure they have functional formative development.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Structuring, supporting & staffing an After School Enrichment Program that will focus primarily on Literacy and supplemental educational enhancement that complements the public school systems by developing a collaboration in common core learning initiatives. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Structuring, supporting & staffing an Adult Enrichment Program that seeks to help willing adults their obtain GED\u2019s, basic computer skills, and vocational enhancements through developing Mentorships with local business and community organizations.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Support Character Development through instruction in the necessary essentials of character formation such as; integrity, dignity, competency, commitment, accountability, personal and group responsibility and life enhancements dispositions. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. To determine the effectiveness of the program particularly as it relates to the progression of children in After School Enrichment Programs .A basic entry level testing will be conducted upon registration and exit testing will be a requirement for maintaining participation. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. To determine the effectiveness of the program particularly as it relates to the progression of the Adult Enrichment Program, entry and exit testing, peer grading, and vocational assessments will be mandatory. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
            \n
          1. It is understood that basic Character Developmental Formation is an essential component for every aspect of the program to maintain good standing. Failure or compromise of these standards will result in separation from the program. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
